Hello mates!
I'm Gabrielle Watson, design team member for Catch the Moments Kits, and I am back again sharing a couple of layouts that I created last week and last night.
Like a lot of you scrappers out there, I am playing catch up to get my daughter's first two years documented. She will be turning 2 in April, which is only 4 months away, argh! By her third birthday I would like to start scrapping year number 3, so that is the goal! Haha, we will see how that goes.
Anyhoo... not only am I inspired to get caught up on catching all of my daughters 1st and 2nd year moments (pun intended), but I am also inspired to follow through with the goals that I set forward for this year, so I scrapbooked about my New Year's resolutions.
Truth be told, but I rarely ever scrapbook about myself. However I think it is a fun way to document bits and pieces about me and my life to share with folks and family through the years to come. It will be fun to look over this layout next January and see whether or not I followed through with these resolutions I promised to myself. The only other time that I made an about me layout was for the Scrap the Moments first challenge "About Me": Twenty-Four Favorites at 24, check it out!
So here is my latest page entitled New Year, New Me. I primarily used the Vintage Kit, Vintage Add-on and some pieces from the Love Kit. Journal: I resolve to: 1. Give more 2. Make time to scrap 3. Inject my style into my home 4. Help my hubby around the house more 5. Maintain a better budget 6. Spend more time with my family 7. No procrastinating 8. Put ALL of my tax refund into savings 9. Be more fashion forward 10. Keep the weight off this year 11. Develop and nurture my friendships 12. Sleep at least 8 hours a night 13. Drink more water and less coke 14. Less talking and more listening to Him 15. Keep up with my blog 16. Practice my photography 17. And so much more

My next layout is entitled Catching Zzz's. I used the Wonderland Kit and Add On for it. This project features some of my most precious pictures of Harper from the first night she slept in her big girl crib. She is a bit contorted in these photos, and yes we did lay her straight, but only after taking these painfully cute pictures of my littlest princess. Journal: Harper this was the first time that you slept in your big girl crib. You were not happy to transition to your crib, so you cried until you fell asleep. And this is how you looked when Mama and Daddy checked on you.
